CircleMatch is privacy-first by design. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how member information is protected.
Data controls Contact privacyProfile and account information
We may collect name, email, date of birth or age, gender, interested-in preferences, city, neighborhood, location coordinates, origin country, photos, bio, interests, relationship goals, faith or values, lifestyle answers, dealbreakers, reports, messages, and community membership details.
Private matchmaking and safety
- Create and secure accounts.
- Let members join invite-only circles.
- Suggest limited weekly introductions.
- Unlock profile details only when product rules allow it.
- Provide chat after mutual interest.
- Prevent rematches after pass, block, report, or unmatch.
- Review safety reports and enforce community rules.
Location and distance preferences
Location may be used to keep introductions inside the right community and distance range. We should not expose precise coordinates to other members in normal profile views.
Limited visibility by default
Photos and deeper answers are not meant for public browsing. Names and key background details may be visible in a match preview. Additional details unlock gradually based on mutual interest and app rules.
Private chats
Messages are private between matched members. Circle admins should not read private chats unless a report or safety review requires limited access under CircleMatch policy.
Service providers and legal needs
We may use vendors for authentication, hosting, analytics, email, push notifications, payments, storage, security, and customer support. We may disclose information when required by law, safety needs, or to enforce our rules.
Controls and deletion
Members can request access, correction, export, deactivation, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
Adults only
CircleMatch is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor created an account, we may remove the account and related profile information.
