These starter terms explain the rules for using CircleMatch. They should be reviewed by legal counsel before a public launch.
Privacy Policy GuidelinesUsing CircleMatch
By creating an account, joining a circle, submitting a circle application, or using CircleMatch, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any circle-specific rules shown to you.
Adults only
CircleMatch is for people who are at least 18 years old. You may not use the service if you are under 18, if you are legally barred from using it, or if we previously removed you for safety or policy reasons.
Your account and information
- Provide accurate account and profile information.
- Do not impersonate another person.
- Keep your login credentials private.
- Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Introductions are not promises
CircleMatch may suggest introductions, but we do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, member conduct, identity verification, availability, or that every member will receive a match every week.
Subscriptions and fees
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellation rules, trial terms, and refund handling will be shown before purchase and may also be controlled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, sexual coercion, stalking, or exploitation.
- Fraud, scams, requests for money, investment schemes, or attempts to move members into unsafe transactions.
- Uploading illegal, violent, non-consensual, misleading, or explicit content.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, automated account creation, or trying to bypass privacy controls.
Removal and enforcement
We may limit, suspend, remove, or investigate accounts, content, circles, or invitations if we believe they create risk, violate these Terms, harm members, or misuse CircleMatch.
Service availability
CircleMatch is provided as available. Features may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. We are not responsible for offline meetings, member behavior, or decisions members make outside the app.
